Strapi → Webflow.
Zero website downtime.
How we migrated Green Story off a brittle headless CMS, beat a hard CRM cutover deadline, and gave the marketing team full control of their website.
Green Story's marketing team couldn't publish a page without an engineering ticket. Strapi fields were unlabeled, images were hard-coded, and SEO never really worked. Then the company pivoted strategy and downgraded its CRM. The website was about to lose its forms and contradict the entire go-to-market story, all at once.
I'd worked with Aditya before and the process was really simple. Timelines met, issues pre-empted before they came up. Picking the team again was a no-brainer. We went from updates always getting stalled to a steady cadence of blog and webinar launches, with one coherent story across every channel.
Phase 1: Webflow migration
Full rebuild from Strapi headless CMS to Webflow. New forms, new landing pages, and a CMS structure marketing could actually operate on its own.
Beat the CRM cutover
HubSpot was being downgraded. We rewired forms and data flows inside the migration window so nothing broke when the switch happened.
Phase 2: UI refresh
Reworked home page, product pages, and customer stories so the website finally matched what prospects heard on calls and in campaigns.
